Responsible for overall coordination of the management team, for internal chorus communications, and is the conduit for most communications from the Regional and International Sweet Adelines organizations (alongside the director.) She conducts meetings of the management team and she, or her designee, conducts weekly business meetings/announcements of the chorus membership. She insures that decisions made by the management team are communciated regularly and accurately to the chorus members and for implementing any other systems of communications to chorus members (e.g., emails, announcements, mailboxes, website, etc.) She is responsible for the nominating committee and for the director's letter of agreement. Also, she is responsible for maintaining and updatin the standard rules, making sure the region has up to date versions of the standing rules and she maintains chorus administrative business.
Responsible for support and encouragement of members, prospective members, and guests at chorus rehearsals and educational workshops. She develops programs for education of new members (non-music) and for keeping up the general morale of the chorus, including recognition of member accomplishments. She organizes ways to welcome guests (signups, badges, etc.) to the chorus by providing a welcoming entrance for guests upon arrival by creatively putting up the posters and/or banners along with a membership table that is easily adorned. She is responsible to make sure consistently returning potential members are up to date on the weekly handouts describing chorus culture and etiquette. She puts together new member packets, is in charge of maintaining and updating the Big Sister Program. She provides registration and hospitality functions for workshops to which the general public is invited and prints or initiates the printing of business cards.

Her specific responsibilities include developing and maintaining a marketing/PR plan, providing contact with the community throughh which the chorus can obtain performance opportunities and new members, and creating Sweet Adelines Regional and International communications (for examble, articles about the chorus in the Stroke of 12 and the Pitch Pipe, and local media outlets.) She manages the dedicated Facebook Page and Meetup.com account. She makes sure that advertisement has correct contact info (to include a local Red Bluff phone number) and she plans the marketing strategies and advertisement for chorus performances and shows.
